Who is Jasmin?
Jasmin is the princess of Agrabah, the fictional city in the Disney animated film Aladdin. She is described as being beautiful, kind, and intelligent. Jasmin’s father, King Nasir, is a powerful and wise ruler who has a strict rule that no one may marry without his approval.
However, Jasmin falls in love with Aladdin, a poor street rat who is known for his magical lamp. Aladdin is able to use his lamp to grant wishes, which he uses to help Jasmin escape from her father’s rule and marry her.
