How to get a kit?
Place the order. Then we will check the product availability and the delivery possibility. If everything is OK, we will send you a link to the payment (your local VAT can be added as extra fee). After payment, we will send the order.
The order will be shipped as soos as payment will be recieved.
- Average order processing time – 3-5 days (usually faster).
- Average delivery time – 3-4 weeks.
You can also choose fast DPD delivery for an additional fee on the checkout page.
- Average fast delivery time: 4-7 days.
All delays may be caused by weather conditions, customs or other unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Refunds & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. Return delivery is at the buyer’s expense.
We don’t accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
