First of all crochet the required number of chains. You can also make one more row with a single crochet.
Now let’s start to crochet the second row. Make 3 chains and 5 single crochets with one top, then. Make 1 chain.
Repeat the same several times as required.
After completing the second row, you should get such pattern.
Then crochet only single crochets in the third row. And then a row with a pattern again, in accordance with the chart. As a result, you should get a crocheted pattern like this.
